PASSWORD REGISTRATION INFORMATION GUIDE

Step 1: Supply Username

  1. Login to Mapúa Office 365 portal through https://my.mapua.edu.ph or https://portal.office.com
  2. Supply the username (email accounts provided to you during creation of account).
  3. Click 'Next' button to proceed.
 

Step 2: Supply Password

  1. Supply the password. The password is the default information provided to you during creation of account.
  2. If you don't know your password, kindly proceed to DO-IT Office and seek DO-IT Helpdesk for assistance.
  3. Click 'Sign in' button to proceed.
 

Step 3: Supply More Information

  1. After successfully entered the correct credentials for the first time, you will be required to supply more information.
  2. Click 'Next' button to proceed.
 

Step 4: Setup Authentication

4-A1: Select 'Authentication Phone'

  1. For resetting the password through phone ('call' or 'text'), click the 'Set it up now' link on 'Authentication Phone' line to setup phone number.

4-A2: Supply 'Authentication Phone'

  1. Select the country or region of the mobile.
  2. Supply the 'authentication phone number' (10 digit) of mobile number.
  3. After supplying the mobile number, click 'text me' or 'call me' to proceed.

4-A3: Verify 'Authentication Phone'

  1. Supply the verification code sent to the mobile phone.
  2. Click 'verify' button to confirm the code. In case the code was not received, click the 'try again' link to resend the verification code.

4-B1: Select 'Authentication Email'

  1. For resetting the password through email, click the 'Set it up now' link to on 'Authentication Email' line to setup email address.

4-B2: Supply 'Authentication Email'

  1. Supply the email address where the verification code will be send.
  2. The email address should not be related to work or school email (@mymail.mapua.edu.ph) or (@mapua.edu.ph).
  3. After supplying the email address, click 'email me' to proceed.

4-B3: Verify 'Authentication Email'

  1. Supply the verification code sent to the email address.
  2. Click 'verify' button to confirm the code. In case the code was not received, click the 'try again' link to resend the verification code..
 

Step 5: Finish Setup Authentication

  1. After verifying the code for phone or email, your will be redirected once again to the password registration page.
  2. Click the 'Finish' button to return back to login page.
